14. ALTERATION OF CONSTITUTION
AND RULES
All or part of the Constitution and Rules may be repealed, altered or added to
from time to time by a resolution carried by not less than three fifths of those
present and voting at the General Meeting of the members of the Congregation,
providing that such repeal, alteration or addition be agreed by the Rabbis and
Ministers of the Union to whom submission shall be made. Notices of any such proposed
repeal, alteration or addition shall be given to every member of the Congregation
at least ten days before the meeting.
