5.1. Each full member, junior member or student member shall pay by way of annual subscription such sum as shall from time to time be fixed by the Congregation General Meeting. Council shall ensure that the cost of such subscription is not a bar to membership.

5.2 Subscriptions shall be paid in advance yearly or part yearly. Subscription rates shall be set at the Annual General Meeting and shall take effect from the 1st March in every year.

5.3 The Council shall have the power to annul the membership of any members who shall be more than 6 months in arrears with their subscriptions, upon giving such members a warning at three months of its intention to annul membership unless the subscription is paid in full or a suitable arrangement agreed.
