The Treasurer shall keep the books and shall have the custody of all the monies received on behalf of the Congregation and such monies shall be paid into the banking account of the Congregation at the Bank selected from time to time by the Council. All disbursements, on behalf of the Congregation, shall be made by the Treasurer with the authority of the Council. All monies of the Congregation directed by the Council to be invested, shall be invested by the Treasurer in the names of the Trustees in such investments as the Council shall from time to time direct. More than one signature is required on cheques above such amount as shall be determined by the Council from time to time.
