7.1. The Council shall elect four persons being members of the Congregation to act as Trustees, and the property both real and personal, belonging to the Congregation shall be vested in the Trustees to hold upon trust for the Congregation and as the Council shall from time to time direct.

7.2 Whenever a vacancy shall occur among the Trustees, the Council shall nominate a member of the Congregation to fill such vacancy and the continuing Trustees shall forthwith appoint such member to act with them as a new Trustee.

7.3 Members of the Congregation who agree to act as Trustees shall be indemnified against any liability to the Congregation due to their responsibility.
